I’d like to think that I’d keep on keeping on, and I try to cultivate the mindset to do so, but –having never experienced it — I can’t honestly say.

Oh so many things over the years. The biggest / most fundamental being the likeliness of the existence of a god or gods. The smallest being the relative appeal of toast.

I imagine like it does when I go on long hikes, and have no access to computer or internet. i.e. Mostly blissful with the occasional bleak thought that the world might be ending without one’s awareness.

PROMPT: Skill

What skill would you like to learn?

FREEDIVING.

PROMPT: Pay More Attention

Mental states and somatic & emotional sensations. Sakshi Bhava is good stuff.

Hard work makes me feel full of aches and filled with pain. So full. So filled.

PROMPT: Trait

The capacity to be perpetually perplexed.

PROMPT: Three Jobs

List three jobs you’d consider pursuing if money didn’t matter.

Well, I just read Shoji Morimoto’s Rental Person Who Does Nothing, about a job of the same name, and that sounds like a sweet gig. Sorcerer sounds like an exciting career path. Finally, cowbell and tambourine guy sounds great for someone who has no musical talent but who would like to be in a rock-n-roll band.

To recap: 1.) Rental Person Who Does Nothing; 2.) Sorcerer; 3.) Cowbell / Tambourine artist in a rock-n-roll band.
