This is taken from the path up to the citadel at Daulatabad Fort. Daulatabad is a 14th century hill fortress that lies on the road between Aurangabad and the Ellora caves. It was the capital of the Tughlaq Dynasty.
This elaborate lattice is carved out of white marble. It’s part of the Tomb of Salim Chishti, a Sufi saint, and is located on the grounds of the Jama Masjid (Mosque) at Fatehpur Sikri.
This structure isn’t really floating–as far as I know–but it looks like it is. It’s in New Delhi off the Rajpath between the President’s abode and the India Gate.
