the moon is up;
yet the sun is not yet down:
scheduling fail!

beached pufferfish.
better we meet 
on my turf

moon gazing.
 priests and prostitutes
  look to the same orb

the overnight train.
 foggy mind / sleep deprived:
  sunrise sky painting

the turtle 
 moves slowly; i wonder
  if it sees slowly?

the spider looked thin,
 but - given its limb-span -
  that's little comfort

winter sunrise
 lights the bridge & gorge wall.
  i stand in the dark

the sun rises
 behind a bare rain tree,
  a glowing heart

cactus thorns
in symmetrical pairs,
like wee bull horns

infinite shades
of yellow-orange
in each petal
