Where was I?

I took this photo in 2007 because the place had an awesome name and I liked the sunflower motif. My question to you is in which city do you think it was taken?

Cabbages and Condoms is a popular restaurant in Bangkok with a prime location just off Sukhumvit Road. While I”m sure the food is excellent, I’m hard pressed to think of two things I’d LESS rather find in my Thai food.
