Pampas Grass [Haiku]

pampas grass
ripples in a slight wind,
lulling me to sleep

a breeze gusts,
and a moment later
leaves lazily fall

evergreens --
their pointy tips sway
with wind gusts,
and the swishy sound
sooths my drifting mind

two tall pines —
one bends more in the wind,
lean-in for kiss

the tall grass
lunges and retreats
with wind gusts

in springtime,
breezes, gusts, and gales
affirm flower’s view
