Are you a leader or a follower?
That’s a tough one because I think most people who would describe themselves as followers have failed to write their story boldly enough. Yet, the majority of people who describe themselves as leaders are more full of hot-air than of the capacity to inspire others to action.
I’d say, overall, I’m neither a good follower nor a good leader, but in varied contexts – as necessary – I can pull off either.
I think it might just be a false dichotomy.

In the Chronicles of Narnia if you remember Aslan asking Prince Caspian if he was ready to be King and he said he didn’t think he was mature enough and Aslan was satisfied with his answer and made him King of Narnia. Whether or not Prince Caspian became a good king is a different question. But he was destined to become one regardless of his choice. I think most people are that way until they actually deal with the task at hand. They might do it well or not so well but if they are destined to do it then nobody can change that. I believe everything is pre-determined and leadership is a position that has already been assigned.
