What happens in the external world does not DETERMINE one’s mental / emotional experience.
It’s better to see oneself as a student than as a master — at any stage of life and development.
Be tolerant. No one knows enough to justify smug superiority.
Self-expression is what we live for, and it is curtailed to everyone’s detriment.

I dislike smug superiority. Nobody is better than anybody else.

What principles define how I live? Principles that practice the one Principle interpreting and manifesting the rule of harmony. Practice scales and the violin sings. Practice transparency and truth sets us free…

I appreciate your thoughts, and it’s clear that you value self-awareness and personal development. Viewing external events as factors that influence but do not solely determine our mental and emotional experiences is a powerful perspective. It empowers individuals to take control of their responses and find resilience even in challenging situations. The notion of being a perpetual student is a humble and admirable one, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and growth throughout life.
Your call for tolerance and the recognition that no one knows enough to justify smug superiority is a reminder of the significance of open-mindedness and respect for others. It encourages a more harmonious and understanding society. Finally, your emphasis on self-expression resonates with the idea that individual creativity and free expression are essential for personal fulfillment.
