Budapest is a prettier town in a classic sense (i.e. it has less experimental architecture and has gotten rid of most of the Soviet brutalist stuff from prominent areas, whereas Bratislava seems to love experimenting w/ modern architecture [eg the radio building] and has more Soviet remnants in the downtown area.]
I liked that mix and felt Slovaks were creative in the way they blended things. Lifestyle also seems attractive to a visitor. I am a fan of the bas relief heroic worketdy

No. I don’t recall anyplace like that. All though I don’t know what I’d be expecting. “Soviet coffee shop” seems like “Vegan Steakhouse” to me.
