I don’t have a favorite, but there are several that I could not maintain health and sanity without, including: hiking, yoga, calisthenics, taiji / qigong, free movement, and at least one cardio (I currently swim and run.) I’m currently struggling with juggling.

My brother-in-law is incredibly accident prone, but he is an excellent juggler, which I feel like takes some kind of grace. Maybe he uses all his grace in juggling?

It is a specific kind of hand-eye- coordination. Maybe he got too used to walking around looking up. In juggling one tends to look either up to the top of the arc or at least look through the juggling pattern. This puts the chin up so one doesn’t see the floor well. Which is okay if you’re stationary, but risky if you’re moving around.
