I have no idea. Though I know some churches have been converted to other uses, e.g. museums and such. This is particularly true in Diu, which has a similar history w/ Portuguese colonization, but where Catholicism largely died out when the Portuguese were forced out (as opposed to in Goa where it is still going strong.)
