I’ve seen these at the top of Mount San Antonio (also known as Mt. Baldy) in the San Gabriel Mountains in Los Angeles County, California. I even made a few up there among the clouds above 10,000 feet. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply ↓
They seem to be fairly universal wherever mountains are found. At least I’ve seen them in the Andes, throughout the Himalaya, and even Appalachia. LikeLike Reply ↓
