Great photo. We never got to see it from this angle when we visited in 1999. We arrived on the train from Cuzco. I remember it being really cold. We did a trip to the islands and the boat we were on ran out of fuel before we got back. The guy just about managed to squeeze enough out of some old container to get us back to shore.

We went by bus. Also did the islands, but with sufficient fuel. Thanks for the comment
