POEM: What Lies Beyond?

End of the wall —
End of the world?

Who can say what lies
beyond one’s line
of sight?

If you tell me,
“Thar be Dragons!”
in that sad, gray mist —
I can’t well argue the point,
but it doesn’t mean I won’t keep an ear open for wing flaps, and my skin tuned to flashes of heat.

  2. The Truth, for those who have seen it know it exists, like the mountains and dragons, now shrouded in the mist, invisible to the seeker, until we can lift the droplets of our own impurities, suspended in the mist to discover the Truth. The fear, anxiety, hesitancy, doubt, attachment, the dragon morphed, crawls, stealthily steals my inner peace., I must destroy, to transcend to see every droplet as Truth, extended/suspended.. Where my ego ends, the journey begins.
