Good work! I used to love these transitions and practised them all except Utthita Ardha Padmasana to Eka Pada Galavasana – which would be fun to try. Then I started getting pain in my right wrist. I use that wrist a lot – in my Thai massage practice, in throwing on the potter’s wheel, and when making bread. I ended up removing all arm balances and even downward facing dog from my yoga pracise (yeah – I know that means no classes, ever) and the wrist cooperates and lets me do all the other things. It’s a shame but it seems like a fair trade.

Thanks for the comment. Wrists are the bane of my practice as well, although I can’t blame the yoga -that’s the 2 decades of jujutsu and the plentiful wrist locks therein. I do have limited mobility in bakasana, not to mention handstands.
