Scratch my last question. I found your home page. I would love to do something like this. I used to be seriously involved in yoga then my physical health started to decline due to Psoriatic Arthritis. Since then and now I have been plagued with weight gain, becoming a widow, losing my son, resigning from my teaching career…and now I have such a hard time finding the desire to stop and relax my mind and body.
