What is your favorite place to go in your city?

In Bangalore [a.k.a. Bengaluru,] where I’ve been living for the past decade, I’m fond of Cubbon Park [a.k.a. Sri Chamarajendra Udyanavana.]

  1. in my little town in England, the town council maintain a small park nr the library and while some benches were taken down during pandemic – a private person must have had permission to set up a new one as a memorial; for years it had fresh flowers (two bunces) every week… I like to sit there, it seems directed towards the afternoon sun (which I never realised until I started writing)
