      • Very cool. I’d still love to hear how they deal with potential flooding issues when they designed these places. Guess they moved off the bottom floor during exceptionally wet years, LOL.

      • Not sure, but Rajasthan is pretty arid. Part of it lies in the Thar Desert proper, and the rest is thinly vegetated scrubland. I think all these lakes are largely artificially created for water storage. Long story short, the lake probably dries up more often than it floods.
